The Life Science Women's Conference was envisioned and created by a woman who ran a successful biotech consulting business. She invited a dozen or so women to participate in a focus group who would be representative of her theoretical attendees, exhibitors, speakers, or sponsors.
The concept resonated strongly and she partnered with Steve Fiske, no stranger to uplifting women in business. Having taught dozens of women how to be publishers of women's newspapers and experienced in producing women's expos, conferences, and symposiums, the partnership was born.
